How to Kick or Ban Players from Your Palworld Server

Step 1 – Make Sure You Have Admin Access

Before you can kick or ban players, you must have an Admin (RCON) password set for your server.

If you haven’t done this yet, follow the guide: How to Set Your Admin or RCON Password.

Step 2 – Connect to Your Server In-Game

• Launch Palworld and join your server

• Press Enter to open the chat box

• Authenticate as admin by typing:

/AdminPassword YourPasswordHere

You must do this each time you join to use admin commands.

Step 3 – Kick a Player

To remove a player from the server, type:

/KickPlayer PlayerName

Example:

/KickPlayer JohnDoe

This will immediately disconnect the player. They can still rejoin unless you ban them.

Step 4 – Ban a Player

To permanently block a player from the server, type:

/BanPlayer PlayerName

Example:

/BanPlayer JohnDoe

You must restart your server for the ban to take effect.

Step 5 – Unban a Player

To remove a ban, type:

/UnbanPlayer PlayerName

Restart the server afterward for the change to apply.

Notes:

• All commands are typed into in-game chat

• Player names are case-sensitive

• Server restarts are required after banning or unbanning players
