How to Back Up and Restore Your Server
Your server includes automatic backups by default to help protect your data.
Backups are normally created hourly, giving you restore points in case something goes wrong. You can also review or adjust backup behavior from the Schedule section of your server panel.
Step 1 – Log Into the Panel

Sign in using the login credentials provided in your welcome email.
Step 2 – Open Server Management
After logging in, locate your server on the dashboard and click Manage.
This will open your server’s main management page.
Step 3 – View or Change Your Backup Schedule
Click Schedule to view your automated backup schedule.
By default, backups are enabled hourly. You can review this section if you want to see when backups are running or make changes to the schedule.
Step 4 – Stop the Server Before Restoring
Before restoring a backup, your server must be fully stopped.
Go to the Status page and click Stop if your server is currently running. Wait until the server is completely offline before continuing.
Step 5 – Open the Backups Section
Once your server is stopped, return to Manage and click Backups.
Here you will see the backups available for your server.
Step 6 – Restore a Backup
Select the backup you want to restore.
Then click the Restore Backup button.
That’s it — the selected backup will be restored to your server.
Important Note
Restoring a backup will replace your current server data with the data from the backup you selected.
If you made changes after that backup was created, those newer changes may be lost after the restore.
Be sure you are selecting the correct backup before restoring.
